Espanyol is definitely a team with passion and power. This year did not start well, and this is mainly due to sustained injuries of key players. Ivan de La Pena is still doubtful.
On the other side Villarreal wasn’t the better team in the pitch against Betis, especially at the first half Betis lost o lot of chances to succeed a second goal and finish the game. “Yellow Submarine” looked tired and without pace. Eguren and Nihat are injured.
I would like to remind you that Villarreal face Aalborg on Tuesday for the Champions League.
